Emanuele Arguelles brings 29 years of architectural and construction experience as co-founder of KME Architects. He began his career as a carpenter and went on to own and operate a design-build construction company in Michigan before relocating to Las Vegas in 2005. This hands-on background provides a strong understanding of how buildings are assembled, which continues to inform his practical, detail-oriented design approach. Emanuele has led the design and management of a wide range of large-scale projects, including public works, hospitality, casino and resort developments, restaurants and bars, educational facilities, medical offices, high-end retail, and residential projects.

In 2021, he received the AIA Nevada Distinguished Service Award, including the Citizen Architect Award, honoring his impact on the community. Melvin has led numerous master planning efforts across a broad range of project types, including housing, public works, commercial, religious, educational, hospitality, and healthcare developments throughout the greater Las Vegas area.
