I’ve been attending an evening class at Melbourne Woodworking Courses for going on 2 years. Can’t rate it highly enough! Initially we built ourselves a small side table and then moved on to individual projects. The tutor’s guidance is great, as is the over-all push to make sure our projects are as well made and as high quality as they can be. We’re learning both hand tool skills and working on and gaining confidence on all of the machines in the well fitted out workshop. Coming here is the highlight of my week and the opportunity to work with my hands and engage with my classmates.
