Birthday Party Booking FAQs

Before you book.

Can we bring our own cake, food or drinks?
Yes — sandwiches or pizza works great. We don't have food available for purchase here, but you're welcome to bring your own or have pizza delivered. A lot of guests call Papa John's or Dominoes which delivers to the arcade all the time. Your party host sets it up at the reserved party tables when you arrive. We do have a variety of drinks available for purchase and our Premium package includes a large bubble tea from Kung Fu next door. We appreciate a heads up if you'll be bringing anything so we can help prepare properly.
What ages does this work for?
Most parties are for kids ages 5–14, but we host adult parties too. The arcade is friendly for all ages and the dedicated host adapts to the group.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule any time up to 7 days before your party for a full refund. Inside 7 days we can reschedule once based on availability.
Can we add more guests on the day of the party?
Yes — extra guests are charged at the per-guest rate when they arrive. You can call ahead or tell us when you arrive. If you'll be having more then 16 guests, please give us a call so we can have extra seating for your group.
Are walk-ins okay if we don't book?
Absolutely — walk-ins are welcome any time we're open. Booking is only needed for parties so we can reserve the tables and have a host ready.
